Which Indians VCs truly understand technology and innovation and have the patience for engineering excellence to play out ?

Indian VC ecosystem is full dickheads - claiming they back innovators, but in reality want ready made cakes. They claim they understand baking but all they want is to eat the cake. That's fine - but don't bullshit on your linkedin posts and panel discussions then. Nothing wrong with wanting readymade foos, but then don't fake it when it comes to gourmet cuisine. Very few individuals in the ecosystem truly back innovative founders and teams when they are early stage. That's the reality - so aspiring entrepreneurs beware of that. I hope things change soon. What does this community think? Which funds truly know how to back true original innovating teams ? Feel free to shame the "spray and pray" types too !!
