We Founder Circle

We Founder Circle (WFC) is a founders-led, community-based startup investment platform established in August 2020 that has grown into one of India's largest angel networks, with a community of more than 13,000 angels spanning over 80 countries. Built on a founders-first thesis — evaluating ventures on knowledge, experience, passion and attitude — WFC gives early-stage entrepreneurs both funding visibility and active mentoring, with a notable focus on Tier 2/3/4 cities (around a third of its portfolio) and women founders (close to 30%). The platform operates a full stack of vehicles: the EvolveX global accelerator, which provides pre-seed startups roughly $20–30K and helps them raise up to $100,000; the Invstt.com community and marketplace platform; a dedicated VC fund, Avinya Ventures; and regulated structures including a SEBI angel fund (Invstt Trust) and a GIFT City fund for global investors. Across these, WFC typically backs companies from seed to Series B with $300K–$1M cheques, sector-agnostically across EV, D2C, SaaS, robotics, fintech, agritech and more. It has invested in over 130 startups through 200-plus deals, producing an IPO (TradeUNO), an acquisition (Flatheads) and a 10x exit, with portfolio names including Zypp Electric, Oben Electric, Stage OTT, ScrapUncle, Anveshan and Garuda Aerospace. Co-founder and CEO Neeraj Tyagi, who led the firm, passed away in August 2025.
