Asaya
Rs 88 Cr ($9.2M) FundingThe D2C skincare brand has successfully secured Rs 88 Cr ($9.2M) in a funding round led by RPSG Capital. This capital injection will bolster the company’s mission to provide science-backed skincare solutions specifically formulated to address common concerns such as hyperpigmentation, dehydration, and acne. By focusing on these targeted dermatological needs, Asaya is positioning itself as a key player in the rapidly evolving Indian beauty and wellness market.
As we observe the current landscape, the focus remains firmly on brands that can bridge the gap between clinical efficacy and consumer accessibility. Asaya’s latest funding round underscores a broader trend where investors are increasingly backing startups that prioritize specialized product development over generic mass-market offerings. This strategic investment from RPSG Capital suggests a strong belief in the brand's ability to scale its science-led approach within the competitive D2C skincare space. We will continue to monitor how this infusion of capital accelerates their product roadmap and market penetration in the coming quarters.
